American IPA / Pale Ales

Session IPA

An abundance of alluring hop aromas, fresh, in your face hop flavors of grassy, pine, floral and a hint of citrus. We squeeze maximum flavor into every IBU, and the low gravity make the hops pop. A lean, clean malt bill puts the balance squarely on the hops, with a dry finish that steps aside to let the Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, and Cascade hops take the lead. Low strength for an IPA with light body and very smooth bitterness that's easy to drink and won't weigh you down.

Double IPA
This double IPA has a nice balance between the malt and hops. You get a burst of floral hop and a bit of pine and citrus but it doesn’t overpower the toasty malt with some caramel sweetness underneath. All of the 'C' hops are involved - Columbus, Centennial, Cascade and Citra.

Amber IPA

Imperial amber ale featuring an explosion of pine, resin, and mango hop flavors and aromas. Over the top hop flavor and aroma but not aggressively bitter and with a strong toasty caramel background to support all the hops. Over-loaded with Nugget, Columbus and Simcoe.

Mosaic IPA

We love the Mosaic hop and this IPA highlights it beautifully with intense tropical citrus and notes of fresh pine, mango, and blueberry. Malts lend a subtle caramel sweetness to a modest, bready foundation. This IPA has Citra, Simcoe and of course loads of Mosaic hops.

Pale Ale

Our American Pale Ale is an average strength hop-forward pale ale, balanced to be more accessible than the more hoppy American IPAs. An abundance of grapefruit and spiciness come through from the hops, but the hoppiness and bitterness feels light and smooth and not overpowering like some IPAs. At the finish there is a touch of breadiness and caramel sweetness from the malt. With a light body this one goes down easy making it a thirst quenching sessionable pale ale.
